JOB SUMMARY
Service Manager for SAP Solution Manager (SM) is responsible for the management of the service handled by Solution Manager for all ITS Units globally. SM leads multiple partners to engage the appropriate resources required by the business projects to provide expected service deliverables on-time, as planned while respecting the quality processes and rules and budgets. The other key objective of SM is to build the transversal capacity planning for the service and to ensure respect of the financial and engagement for all ITS units.
