Sanofi is looking for an enthusiastic scientist for a post-doctoral fellow position in the Enabling Technologies team of the Sanofi Biologics Research platform dedicated to the discovery and screening of therapeutic antibodies. Based in the Paris area, the candidate will be part of a program of antigen-specific antibody repertoire determination using Next Generation Sequencing, at the cross-road between antibody discovery, computer science and applied mathematics.
This postdoc project proposes to use state of the art B cell repertoire analysis and sequencing technologies to develop a novel computational method enabling antibody repertoire in silico screening. This position will benefit from cross-functional interaction with other members of the Biologics Research department already implementing innovative approaches in the field of sequence analysis, antibody discovery and engineering.
The candidate is expected to contribute in every aspect to NGS operations from molecular biology strategy design to sample preparation and data upload to analysis and mining large sequence dataset.
Education/Training/ Experience
Appointment as a postdoc requires academic qualifications at PhD level. Academic or industrial experience in antibody repertoire analysis is key for this position.
