24S.com is the new luxury and fashion multi-brand e-commerce destination of LVMH Group. Launched in June 2017, we are currently looking for a Private Client Personal Stylist (W/M) to join our team and help us develop our business, a position based in Paris.
24S.com is an exclusive, curated selection of over 200 luxury womenswear brands (including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Chloé, Valentino, ...) embodying the spirit of the French fashion capital, state-of-the-art virtual windows offering the most innovative and attractive online experience on the market, standout customer service.
Reporting to the VP Global Private Client and being part of the VIC Department, the Personal Stylist will be responsible for driving sales, increasing customer conversion and retention by providing a consistently superior level of service as well as introducing new clients to 24S.com and creating loyalty.
1 - Sales and Services
- Drive revenue through sales and intangible revenue through customer retention and satisfaction
- Establish strong personal relationships with clients to encourage their loyalty and increase sales
- Construct clear and accessible lines of communication in line with 24S.com global strategy for current and prospective clients
- Be proactive in offering the best client experience through personalized, premium, high-touch services
- Grow spends of existing client base to VIP level
- Respond to all clients queries and needs effectively and efficiently, acting with a sense of urgency to deliver results
- Collaborate with Head of VIP to devise and implement effective customer outreach methods to engage potential customers and reconnect with lapsed customers
- Recognize and avert probability of lapsed customers via outstanding service and consistent communication
- Maintain base of global contacts
2 - Events & partnerships
- Contribute to our events organization worldwide: identify the relevant clients, participate to each event and actively engage with the guests
- Be proactive in proposing new exciting/unexpected formats of event to encourage client loyalty
- Identify new business partners (brands, hotels, clubs, ambassadors, etc.)
3 - General approach to the role
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed client expectations
- Act as a business owner and mentor to junior team members
- Maintain and develop a comprehensive knowledge of industry leaders (e-commerce, luxury)
- Ensure 24S.com customer-centric approach is followed
- Be on-top of all Fashion trends and offer a bespoke and personalized styling service to our VIC
