Mentee of Women@Dior Program à Paris

Women@Dior is a unique, international mentoring program, based on the union of Maison Dior's internal expertise and an excellent educational process. The initiative is dedicated to young women.

Launched in 2017, more than 500 mentees who come from top fashion, business, tech and engineering schools have already been accompanied and guided by Maison Dior's mentors.

For 2020, Women@Dior program has been reinvented and structured around four main points:

• The exclusive relationship between students and mentors who are working for Maison Dior
• A stimulating and inspiring online program centred on self-development, entrepreneurship & sustainability to encourage young women to dare
• A commitment to women's empowerment and to reinforce community spirit, starting with a global conference
• A community connected by locally-activated events and supported by an online group based on sorority

As a young woman, be empowered to fulfil your professional dream:

• Own your professional destiny and be more self-confident
• Develop your network at the beginning of your career

Women@Dior is an invitation-only program. All participants are selected based on three criteria: talent, ambition and generosity. They are all united in the notion that their professional success is related to the sorority.

Being available for the Global Conference taking place on March 26^th & 27^th in Paris is mandatory to be a part of the initiative.
