Working closely with the Group HR Chief of Staff as well as local & global HR Teams, the Intern will be exposed to the various aspects of internal communications including content writing, digital/online communication facilitation, basic graphic design and digital video production. The Intern will also support staff engagement and recognition programs and events. 


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support including drafting communications and preparing presentations;
  • researching, analyzing and organizing data and running reports
  • provide assistance to the Group HR Chief of Staff with large internal events and function meetings 
  • create and maintain document arhive  
  • attend and observe meetings with the global & local HR team members as appropriate and/or as schedules permit. 


Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master's degree
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Genuine interest in the Internal Communications and/or HR profession as a career option
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to remain professional and maintain strict confidence, protecting our confidential employee information
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word with the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
