DANONE SA within WBS HR is looking for Global Senior Learning Manager F/M in France (FR) for Paris.

Within the Corporate Talent & Learning team, the Danone Academy global team is looking for a Global Senior Learning Manager to lead the design of functional and/or category learning strategy & roadmap in scope, craft learning portfolio, manage the design of relevant global learning solutions to support the competency development of Danoners as well as implementation of business imperatives.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

 

1/ Lead the design of function(s) and/or category(s) learning strategy and roadmap
• Work with functional talent/competency team and/or category HR team to understanding the competency development requirements for the function or category
• Lead the discussion among functional boards / category boards to work out the learning strategy and the roadmap to reach the development objective

2/ Craft learning portfolio and lead the design of learning solutions
• Based on the learning strategy, craft the learning portfolio(s) for the function(s) and/or category(s) to ensure alignment with competency framework and development progression to support the talent development needs of Danoners
• Lead the design of learning solutions independently and/or together with Learning Managers
o Integrate the "One learning a day" ambition in the learning solutions with a strong emphasis on blended journey approach: workshops, e-learning, video learning and other digital learning assets, networking, on-the job support, outside-in learning, etc.
o Adopt innovative learning approaches to fit for the learning needs & the change of learning habit (e.g. e-learning trends and new tools)
o Act as project manager in collaboration with SMEs to design & develop pedagogical scenarios & tools
o Engage and coordinate efforts of internal/external experts for design
o Drive learning innovation by being connected to international learning tendencies (networking and conferences, benchmarking, etc.)
o Manage suppliers & contracts (financial & legal side) & long-term relationships with external providers
o Adopt "Protein" mindset in developing learning solutions to ensure a right balance of quality & size of impact

3/ Support local teams in deployment of the learning solutions
• Set deployment goal and devise deployment plan in line with learning strategy as soon as the learning solution design process starts
• Steer the deployment of the program with clear guidelines
• Liaise with regions to ensure proper handover of Group programs by creating clear and executable delivery packs
• Co-facilitate key programs when appropriate (travel required)
• Monitor deployment status & ensure smooth communication with regions
• Develop with the function the adequate internal trainers community

4/ Contribute to the implementation of WBS/global learning governance
• Ensure implementation of Global guidelines with regards to design & deployment, which includes learning process and learning system specifics
• Ensure supplier standards during project mode in phase with GloCal imperatives (multi-suppliers per course, evaluation process for suppliers, manage global frame agreements, etc.)
• Actively communicate & seek for engagement of the learning topics in the Danone Learning Community

 

ABOUT YOU

You have a Bachelor's degree & at least 8 years experiences in the HR function, with learning / talent relevant experiences
• Strong capability of translating functional or category (business needs) into learning strategies with concrete roadmap
• Ability to initiative and engage senior business leaders in a meaning discussion around learning with innovative and agile mindset, ability to challenge a project team/scope in a constructive way
• Program / learning manager experience in similar context with a proven track record of designing and deploying blended learning solutions, or stand-alone digital learning solutions
• Hands-on experience with designing (in cases without an external agency) learning modules or programs.
• Experiences delivering learning programs as trainer and/or facilitating workshops as facilitator
• Ability to manage (wing-to-wing) learning projects
• Experience of implementing a wide range of change management and process improvement activities, based on broader organizational needs
• Team management experience with a growth mindset to develop the team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English

• Digital fluency and ease with digital learning platforms
• Firm understanding of deployment processes
• Experience working in or with Learning shared services
• Strong interest in learning & helping people grow
