We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Print on Demand Vendor Manager (f/m) for France. A team-player based in our Clichy office who will help to grow the selection of French language content from publishers in our POD program and to develop our product range further. The EU POD team is spread across EU and is supervised by leaders based in Luxembourg

Responsibilities include:


· Support the development and implementation of a strategy for growing French language selection on the EU POD program.
· Support the acquisition of high-value print content from publishers and non-traditional content owners into the POD program to ensure always best availability and broad selection for customers
· Help in the establishment of a strong working relationship with the local physical Books and Kindle teams in order to achieve optimal outcomes on content acquisition.
· Building effective working relationships with publishers in order to strengthen their engagement with the program.
· Partnering with other EU POD team members continually refine content acquisition best practices.
· Working closely with Technical Account Management and Product Management in order to ensure that client publishers benefit from a great experience.
· Support to business planning and analysis of French language POD selection.
· Support the development of our POD product based on publisher needs and technological trends

Basic Qualifications
· Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French.
· Excellent team player with the ability to work effectively with peers based around the world and all levels of business seniority.
· Sales driven with focus on key metrics to support content acquisition goals and able to roll-out sales approaches globally.
· Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little guidance and meet tight deadlines.
· Adept at problem-solving and analysis.
· Good communication skills.
· University Degree, Bachelor or Master (or equivalent) in Arts or Science.
· Several years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in business development, sales, account management and/or marketing, ideally in a media retail environment.
· MBA.
