DANONE SA in WBS HR is looking for a  Global Learning Manager F/M in Paris.

Within the Corporate Talent & Learning team, the Danone Academy global team is looking for a Global Learning Manager  to ensure the design of global learning solutions, supporting functional capability building and in line with Danone's competency frameworks.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

 

1/ Ensure the design of group learning programs (Function SPOC)

• Ensure the design or evolution of the learning programs, in line with the vision & priorities of the functions, as well as the group learning strategies

This activity is driven by the L&D Committee members (functional senior managers, directors & VPs) and involves internal experts, projects teams & external partners

  ◦ Help facilitate the development of Danoners globally through a strong focus on capability building within each function;

  ◦ Integrate the "One learning a day" ambition in the learning solutions with a strong emphasis on blended journey approach: workshops, e-learning, video learning and other digital learning assets, networking, on-the job support, outside-in learning, etc.

  ◦ Act as project manager in collaboration with functional experts to design & develop pedagogical scenarios & tools

  ◦ Engage and coordinate efforts of internal/external experts for design

  ◦ Drive learning innovation by being connected to international learning tendencies (networking and conferences, benchmarking, etc.)

  ◦ Manage suppliers & contracts (financial & legal side) & long-term relationships with external providers (3+ key providers)

 

• Ensure in particular the development & availability of fundamentals, in relation with the Danone Academy global team and Competency Directors in each region & key geographies:◦Work closely with competency directors to assess needs

  ◦ Identify solutions designed locally that could be "stamped" for global use

  ◦ Ensure the affordable availability of learning solutions

 

• Steer the delivery of the programs within quality + budget responsibility:◦Liaise with regions to ensure proper handover of Group programs by creating clear and executable delivery packs (Delivery technical sheets, delivery strategy, supplier qualification, classroom & digital support documents, other supplies, etc.)

  ◦ Co-facilitate key programs when appropriate (travel required)

 

• Monitor Performance & ensure communication◦Monitor the programs delivery ("hot" evaluations) & measure learning effectiveness ("cold" evaluations)

  ◦ Develop with the function the adequate internal trainers community

  ◦ Ensure clear communication of the programs for the function, in line with the learning communication strategy

 

2/ Contribute to the implementation of the Group learning strategies, including the transformation of Learning as a Center of Expertise for the Group

• Guardian of group learning processes across the Group during project execution mode.

• Ensure supplier standards during project mode in phase with GloCal imperatives (multi-suppliers per course, evaluation process for suppliers, manage global frame agreements, etc.)

• Support the experimentation, formalisation & spread of methods & tools in the area of collaboration & knowledge sharing◦Community management: methods, tools, team support

  ◦ Hackathons, TedX, Crowdsourcing

  ◦ Innovative ways of learning

 

ABOUT YOU

You have a Bachelor's degree & at least 7 years of HR experience

• Program / learning manager experience in similar context with a proven track record of designing and deploying blended learning solutions, or stand-alone digital learning solutions

• Hands-on experience with designing (in cases without an external agency) learning modules or programs.

• Experiences delivering learning programs as trainer and/or facilitating workshops as facilitator

• Experience in all activities in the training cycle: Design, Delivery, Evaluation

• Ability to understand business-driven needs and their link to strategic business objectives

• Ability to manage (wing-to-wing) learning projects

• Ability to network and federate project members through motivation and enthusiasm (leading by influence, not by hierarchy)

• Experience of implementing a wide range of change management and process improvement activities, based on broader organizational needs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English

 

Desired Qualifications : 

• Prior experience in a Corporate University

• Instructional design background (education or experience)

• Digital fluency and ease with digital learning platforms

• Firm understanding of deployment processes

• Experience working in or with Learning shared services

• Strong interest in learning & helping people grow

• Helicopter ability, analytical skills & system thinking - excellence in all details

• Innovative and agile mindset, ability to challenge a project team/scope in a constructive way
