CDD à temps plein
Le CDD à temps plein est plus précisément un contrat à durée déterminée et à temps complet. Tout comme son nom l’indique, le CDD à temps plein fixe dès le départ une date de fin de contrat à l’employé. Le nouveau salarié dispose alors d’une durée de temps limitée pour répondre aux tâches et objectifs qui lui seront assignés. Si ce dernier ne commet pas de faute grave, il peut être assuré qu’il ne se verra pas licencié avant le terme de son CDD. Et si ses efforts se révèlent être absolument exemplaires, il pourra peut-être alors espérer le renouvellement de son CDD. Mais néanmoins, restons réalistes car ce genre de scénario heureux est de ce fait plutôt rare..
Ce contrat à temps complet comprend une durée légale fixée par la loi française de 35 heures par semaine. Il s’avère aussi important de préciser que la durée de travail maximale quotidienne de l’employé ne doit pas dépasser les 10 heures de travail par jour. Le CDD temps plein est de ce fait très encadré et se concrétise toujours par un acte écrit où sont inscrites toutes les informations identitaires propres à l’entreprise et au salarié concerné. Il y sera aussi précisé la date de début et de fin de contrat ainsi que le montant du salaire versé. En bref, ce type de contrat profite pleinement aux employeurs qui cherchent à embaucher rapidement de nouvelles recrues pendant un temps donné. Mais cela s'avère être aussi une expérience professionnelle bénéfique pour tous les individus qui ont pour objectif d’acquérir de nouvelles compétences sur une courte durée de temps. Enfin, l’avantage non négligeable à ne pas oublier est qu'à la fin du CDD temps plein, l’ancien salarié pourra demander à recevoir l'indemnité de fin de contrat.
