ABOUT THE JOB

Mission

• Manage and/or contribute to the financial and operational audits of entities in Europe, CIS, Africa and Middle East focusing in a risk based mindset on internal controls, compliance with corporate policies and financial statements,
• Make recommendations to improve control effectiveness and efficiency of both IA processes and entity practices
• Perform monitoring of implementation of action plans

Main responsibilities

   1) Prepare & manage audits

• To lead the team to conduct risk based financial and operational audits and to formulate recommendations on efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
• To carry out special projects when deemed relevant
• To monitor implementation of action plans of entities
• To participate in scheduling, planning and coordinating the execution of the annual audit plan.
• To coordinate with Regrion and WBU on relevant matters
• To provide feedback and advice on the Dango referential ensuring consistent improvements

   2) Lead and manage the team

• Manage and develop the team of 2 persons (recruitment, induction, coaching, evolution, etc)
• Make IA an attractive team to welcome talents
• Identify guest auditors

3/ Report to management  and Inform key stakeholders in Region, WBU and/or Global functions

Position within the organisation

• Reports to Internal Audit Engagement director based in Paris (who reports to Company Internal Audit Director

Main interfaces/relationships

• Internal : CBU GM, VPF, other CODI Members within CBUs, CBS FD and team. WWBU and Zones GM and VPF, Corporate functions.
• External :  IFACI Members, External auditors working for Danone

Key Performance Indicators

• Number of audits per year (around 10)
• Quality of the Audit

    (recommendations, report  &  CBU feedback)

• Capacity to  build and develop the team, as well as to transfer knowledge to other IA team members

Previous options for career path

• 6 to 8 Years experience either in:

- External Audit experience preferably within Big 4

• Languages: English and possibly other languages
