Descriptif de la mission :
Au sein de la Direction Administration & Finances de Sanofi Aventis Groupe et en lien avec votre tuteur, vous apporterez votre support au Responsable Support Finance sur les analyses transverses et ponctuelles à la demande du Directeur Administratif et Financier Afrique et pour les autres fonctions expertes avec lesquelles la Finance Afrique interagit et sur les sujets divers tels que les taxes, la Trésorerie.
Dans ce cadre, vos missions consisteront à :
Profil recherché :
Vous recherchez un contrat en alternance d'une durée de 12à 24 mois, débutant en Septembre 2019 dans le cadre d'une formation de niveau Bac +4/5 Comptabilité / Finance / Contrôle de Gestion, de type Ecole de Commerce.
Pour ce poste, vous justifiez d'une première expérience ou de connaissances dans les domaines de l'Audit ou du Contrôle interne.
Vous maîtrisez les logiciels du pack Office, plus particulièrement Excel.
Intervenant dans un environnement international, vous êtes en capacité de converser aisément en anglais avec des interlocuteurs non francophones.
Autonome et pragmatique, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bon sens relationnel et vous faites preuve de capacité d'adaptation.
Pour cette alternance, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'organisation, votre rigueur et votre esprit analytique. Vous aimez travailler en équipe et interagir sur des sujets transverses.

AN APPRENTICE – FINANCE ASSISTANT (M / F)
Location: Campus Val de Bièvre - Gentilly (94)
Assignment:
Within the SBS-Communication Europe service of Sanofi Aventis Group and in connection with your tutor, you will provide support to the Financial Officer Chief France and teams located in Africa on internal control missions.
In this context, your missions will consist in:
Take part in the coordination of the various audit committees (twice a year for 18 subsidiaries), Provide support to local financial teams (organization, process, tool management etc), Provide a link between Finance Africa and the Global Support Functions for monitoring the performance and budgetary control of the Finance function in Central and in the countries, Take part in the implementation of an action plan in the framework of performance monitoring and budgetary control in the subsidiaries, Participate in the organization of the Finance Africa Seminar (logistics), Update the delegations of authority on a quarterly basis, Participate in various projects on which Finance is involved (reviews of organizations, seminars, new tools).
Required profile:
You are looking for an apprenticeship contract of 12 or 24 months, starting in September 2019 as part of a training of level BAC +4/ 5 in Finance in a Business school or University.
For this position, you justify a first experience or knowledge in the fields of Finance or Audit.
You are fully literate on Excel and Word.
Part of an international environment, you are fluent in English and, you can write and hold a conversation in English.
Your capacity for adaptation, your curiosity, your rigor and your analytical mind allow you to carry out your missions. Open-minded, you enjoy working in a team and interacting on transversal topics.
