Front Desk Representative - Part time à Paris

Le Cercle is the brand new game changer boxing inspired fitness studio in Paris. As the first people clients see when they enter one of our studios, Le Cercle Front Desk Representative need to be experts in customer service and hospitality. Representative should be well-versed in all aspects of our fitness program and business. Unlike other front desk positions, all Representatives at Le Cercle are multi-tasking rock stars ! From sales to social media content trough studio management, Representatives are the live beating heart of the Brand. As Le Cercle is a growing business, representatives have an amazing opportunity to learn a job in a cool spirit environment and grow with the company.

QUALITIES :

  • You are passionate : You are passionate about empowering your fellow employees and our clients through Le Cercle workout and experience.
  • You are a communication semi-god : You have a strong understanding of email and phone etiquette, and you can articulate your point to even the less inclined listeners. French is not an issue, and you can work you way around in both language.
  • You can work as a team : Le Cercle is all about the team ! You have the ability to work with others and reach every goals together, because as they say : Teamwork makes the dream work!
  • You are a studio fitness connoisseur : You love a good workout and you're all about the champion spirit, you have the ability to perform physical requirements of the position.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high level customer service and hospitality
  • Assist studio management in daily studio tasks and projects
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
  • Support trainers and ensure that class check-in  process runs smoothly
  • Maintain product knowledge for all retail in the studio and online
  • Maintain Le Cercle unique aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture
  • Love every part of your journey !

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must speak French
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties
  • without direction
  • Must have a friendly and professional phone and email

  • Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional
  • work schedule
