We’re looking for a Leader to manage the teams who coordinate, organize and process inventory and stockroom for Nike retail


Key 

Competencies
  • A Bachelor's Degree and 6 years retail experience, or 7 years retail experience in lieu of a degree

  • A minimum of 4 years management experience

  • Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership and management

  • Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a brand retailer

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems

  • Ability to communicate in English

  • Ability to build, lead and manage high-performing teams

  • Ability to utilize tools to support conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling

  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • Deep subject matter expertise in multi-floor inventory management, directing complex product
  • Flow, stockroom organization, and S&R oversight… all with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience leading high-functioning teams and driving strategic operational initiatives
  • Innate drive for results and passion to elevate your team members to their full potential
  • Bachelors + 6 years retail leadership experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • A key partner for you will be the Visuals team. Experience working with product presentation preferred.
  • May include occasional overnight shift
