We are looking for a Manager to lead our back of house team. Your role will be to supervise and coordinate the daily activities in our stock room, located in our store. As a back-of-house manager, your goal will be to coach the team, manage our inventory, and form a strong partnership with key stakeholders: Front of House, Operations, Loss Prevention and Visual Merchandising.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing, developing, and elevating your team: On the job coaching, talent development, managing employee relations cases
  • Responsible for planning the strategy of the stock: Anticipation of events, brand initiatives, floor priorities (best-low sellers analysis), mastering the daily and weekly planning
  • Responsible for preparing the daily delivery process
  • Stakeholder management: Invest time in connecting with the Front of House, Operations, Loss Prevention, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Security Commission
  • Strategical view on events, brand initiatives, Best-Low sellers, and floors priorities

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in stock management
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Retail experience is preferred, or relevant industry: distribution, food, fashion industry, FMCG
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
