Ce que vous allez faire

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Training: follow-up on the training plan, managing the logistics, updating trackers.
  Internal communication: updating the intranet, creating communication support documents
  around HR programs and internal events.
• Follow-up on professional development meetings, and bi-annual meetings related to annual
  working time scheme (reminders & follow-up / analysis).
• Assistance with personnel administration: preparing employment contracts for EMEA region,
  handling onboarding documents, updating staff reporting, managing medical visits & sick
  leaves, trial period renewal letters …

Informations supplémentaires

Required profile:

Master's Degree in Human Resources (4/5 years).
Strong business French & English language skills (oral & written).
Excellent Communicator
Previous internships periods in HR Department is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word &Outlook).
Good interpersonal relationship, responsive, organized, autonomous and dynamic.
