Description of the job

A vacancy offer to support the international payroll team in operational deliverables (f/m) has arisen within the global mobility department.

This 6 month’s maximum internship will start from March 2019 at the earliest.

Tasks & accountabilities

As the successful candidate, your main missions and activities will be as follows:

  • Support the international payroll team in operational deliverables
  • Improve processes
  • Define & deliver business oriented solutions (including policies, processes and tools) to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy by involving all stakeholders in area of responsibility (CoC).
  • Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions (including policies, processes and tools).
  • Monitor overall performance and effectiveness of the HR standard solutions.
  • Consult in cases with high expertise need.
  • Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

  • You are in Bac+4, gap year, Bac+5 degree in Human Resources with an interest in payroll.
  • Operating skills :
  • you are collaborative and enjoy teamwork
  • you are a force of proposal and autonomous
  • English: advanced level
