RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Based in our our territory HQ in Paris, you will lead the implementation of key operational programs in territory and drive productive collaboration across the different business partners in our European HQ and field.
  • You will work with leaders to optimize the retail operations processes and lead the coordination and rollout of operational programs to stores, ensuring processes are built and focused on premium consumer experience, store ease-of-use, omni-channel approach and consistency to brand standards.
  • You will provide territory feedback and insights to business partners and leverage support functions to ensure the best service to our stores and consumers
  • You will drive accountability and follow up with Territory and EHQ stakeholders through strategic communication and relentless focus.
  • You will represent territory needs and drive follow up actions and takeaways from trade meetings with Retail Directors and EHQ stakeholders. Input into trade process on store sales and KPI’s and insights into local market conditions which impact trade and/or results.
  • You will drive a proactive approach to business planning through partnering with central functions.
  • You will ensure the quantity and quality of product inventory flow to meet and exceed financial targets.



Qualifications

  • Recent, relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to deliver retail operational excellence across a region
  • Strategic thinking, tactical in action planning
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiasm and drive, experience delivering results through execution and performance management
