You are looking for a mandatory internship up to 4 month-long in order to validate your academic year in Administrative studies.

You will join the teams in charge of flight equipment procurement.

In addition to the subjects that you will work on, you will have the opportunity to develop different skills such as teamwork, communication and project management.

Tasks & accountabilities

We are looking for an intern contributing to the following areas:

  • Participating in the implementation of a system for archiving supplier contracts
  • Providing logistical support to the team (travels, mail, distribution of documents)
  • Organising various events (meetings, seminars, team boosters )
  • Providing support to the team for administrative topics

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

The successful applicant should have the following skills and experience:

  • 2 to 3 year degree in Management/Administration/Management Support
  • A negotiation level of French and English
  • Proficient user of the MS Office suite
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Ability to influence and interact with others and to create a bond
  • Autonomous
  • Organisation skills
  • Team spirit and service-oriented
