The internship will focus on the management of the Knowledge Database, created within the Customer care and Technical support directorate.
This already existing DB shall be used by all customer support levels to follow-up main technical issues, to share all the technical knowledge across the organization and to coordinate the communication within the ATR community.

The major subjects of the internship will be:

• To review the structure the Knowledge Database
• To define and harmonize the content of the shared documentation, for each major technical topic
• To define the feeding process and updating process of the shared documentation.
• To promote internally the database and its usage

You will have the following skills and experience:

• BAC+5 (Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering)
• Systems engineering
• Good communication skills

Proactive and team working spirit

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• ENGLISH written/spoken + FRENCH written/spoken
