Description
Intern role :
Assist the art director of the studio in her everyday tasks and projects.
40% research and art direction / 50% graphic design + presentation and guideline setting,
10% logistic.
The intern will support the everyday tasks of the studio depending on needs.
Him or her will be involve in the project from beginning to end when possible.
Analysis, reasoning and visual research. Updating presentation decks (keynote or Indesign). Help to finalize guidelines and artworking files for print and digital.
Learnings :
Participate in a product launch from beginning to end (concept to distribution on different channels)
Knowledge of the creative scene (french and international) as well as developing new relationship within the photographic, graphic design, interior design, event, video, 3D spheres.
Budget analysis, assessing possibilities and prioritize a to-do list.
Work within a small dedicated team: fit and present well, communicate and learn how to deal with external suppliers and commissioned talent.
Experience graphic design and art direction at a high expectancy level.
Managing stress and short deadlines in a multi-cultural and fast paced environment.

Qualifications

Young graduate from a graphic design course (Olivier de Serre, Art décoratifs, Gobelins, visual communication school…) a few freelance projects under his/her belt and/or a first in-house experience.

The ideal candidate will show a very good design sensibility a good skill set and a positive attitude towards learning and helping in a small studio environment.

Must be fluent in English and French.

Start date: january 2019 - trainee agreement mandatory.
