Customer Advisor - Luton, England

Do you dream of a fascinating job near one of the biggest cities in Europe? Our client works with one of the largest automotive companies in the world to provide multilingual customer services to OnStar users. They are looking for a customer advisor to provide essential emergency assistance to drivers in time of an accident or emergency. The premises are located in the heart of the Luton Bedforshire, a vibrant and multicultural living place, only 30 minutes by train from the city of London.

Ce que vous allez faire

Your major tasks will be to:

  • Effectively answer all types of customer call including emergency, non-emergency calls and general inquiries (routing, performing vehicle diagnostics and providing emergency assistance).
  • Analyse the information received from the caller, using accurate decision making and judgement skills to provide an efficient and effective service. You must show compassion, understanding, patience and professionalism.
  • When an emergency incident occurs, you must take into account the health and safety requirements of drivers and their passengers and co-ordinate an appropriate response to the situation.
  • Using persuasive and negotiating skills you must keep an unstable or distressed caller on the line until emergency help arrives.

Ce qu'on vous demande:

  • Niveau Baccalauréat
  • High school graduate
  • French native speakers + One other european language
  • C1 English level
  • Good relationnal and communication skills
  • At least 12 months' customer service experience
  • Previous contact centre experience will be an added value
  • The sensitivity and professionalism to effectively manage pressurised situations
  • Able to work a fully flexible 24/7 pattern
  • Good computer skills
