Within the Group Compensation & Benefits team, your role is to contribute to all Compensation & Benefits topics. In particular, you are in charge of performing C & B analyzes and modeling and contributing to the biannual bonus campaign. You work daily with regional C & B and global HR Directors / HR Business Partners.
Your main missions are:
• Conduct C & B analyzes and modeling to prepare the annual salary review and biannual bonus campaigns;
• Define C & B dashboards for Service Lines HR Directors and regional C & Bs;
• Contribute to the global employees' bonus management campaign: update the half-year financial and non-financial targets, participate in campaign planning;
• Respond to C & B questions from HR Directors / HR Business Partners and regional C & B on topics you are contributing to;
• Animate the C & B Atos community (SharePoint, publications, etc.)
You may also be involved in other projects and missions of the department.
You are currently studying for a Master degree (Bac + 4/5) in a University, School of Management or Engineers, etc…
