The challenge to take:

You will act both as an HFM expert, a reporting analyst, and a project manager. Among others, your responsibilities will include :

1/ Manage and optimize our HFM reporting tool and the related reporting processes

• Supervise the preparation of the monthly reporting processes
• Actively participate to the tool governance committees
• Design and test functional changes to be implemented to HFM
• Animate change management
• Be primary Finance contact of the technical team, coordinate maintenance / upgrades activities
• Animate the community of users
• Maintain the tool documentations
• Contribute to transformation projects cross system

2/ Contribute to financial data production

• Supervise the preparation of mass upload loadfiles
• Prepare and load data sets for ad-hoc demands (proforma preparation, new acquisitions integration, …)
• Contribute to review of data quality

3/ Manage one dedicated resource located in India, and further develop the team

Main interactions:

1/ Direct report to the Group Reporting Director

2/ Interactions with the rest of the Finance reporting functions

• Works with rest of the Group Reporting team (5 people as of now, of which 3 in India, expanding to a larger organization with a Center of Excellence located in India)
• Works with other countries and Global Finance teams

3/ Interactions with Project teams

• Provides input and support to HFM administration team
• Contributes to transformation project teams

Skills required:

1/ Solid educational background (Business School or Equivalent, if possible with specialization in Finance). Good understanding of accounting / controlling / financial management basics is required.

2/ HFM strong expertise, including at least one experience in HFM administration and several experiences in HFM implementation both in statutory consolidation and management reporting contexts. Ideally, a first experience in a company specialized in HFM integration. Ability and experience to manage consultants.

3/ Ability to work under pressure, within deadlines, strong engagement and willingness to learn

4/ Eye for detail, analytical thought process, at ease with large volume data to manipulate and great rigor in data checking,

5/ Fluent in English (both spoken & written). Good communication skills

7/ Team spirit and transparence

8/ Autonomy in problem solving, ability to organize and deliver improvement projects
