Au sein des équipes du domaine Social du pôle SSD (Santé - Social - Dématérialisation) en pleine expansion, vous construisez les solutions métiers de nos clients et les délivrez conformément aux engagements négociés.

Responsable d'équipe de développements H/F , votre expertise et votre leadership sont un moteur du projet :

- Comprendre les besoins et les enjeux ;

- Analyser, définir les applications ;

- Planifier, contrôler la réalisation, les tests, la mise en production ;

- Gérer les risques ;

- Gérer les changements en recherchant l'amélioration du service ;

- Reporter de façon transparente aux intervenants internes et au client.

Conseil technique et support aux forces de vente, vous participez à la définition des offres Worldline de votre domaine avec le commerce :

- Analyser les besoins ;

- Imaginer et chiffrer les solutions applicatives ;

- Décrire les processus permettant d'assurer nos prestations.

De formation supérieure en informatique, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 à 6 ans dans la gestion de projet Java / JEE agile dans une approche de type intégration continue / DevOps.

Sur le site de Rennes ou de Seclin, vous mettez en œuvre vos compétences principales :

- Encadrement d'équipes (5/10 personnes) ;

- Relation contractuelle avec le client ;

- Maîtrise des technique d'analyse et outils de développement d'application ;

- Maîtrise des technologies java / JEE , REST, micro-services ;
