As a department manager, your roles are :

- Direct participation or with your specialists to Issuing Back Office Shared Center Presales Implementation of Issuing Back Office (IBO) and satellite RoadmapSteering and management of generic developpement within IBO productGuarantee the homogeneity of all the realizations associated with the core product IBO, made within the various projects

- Participate actively in the current transformation projects of the Back Office Issuing production in Europe Your adptitudes are :Leadership in situations and varied domains of speciality

- Capability of effective oral and written communication with the collaborators, the colleages and the customers, including for the elaboration of important reports, the preparation, the structure and the presentationsTake initiative to update technical skills and specialists linked to the market developments

Your Experience and skills are :

- Operations management would be an advantage

- Management of internal and external communications

- Set up and management of various teams

- Coaching and motivation of a team, in a working environment under pressure

- Commitment to deliver resultsAbility to influence and persuade others to take action

- General understanding of financial and HR management principles and practices

- Good written and spoken English

- General understanding of the different sectors in which equensWorldline operates

- General understanding of equensWorldline's overall capabilities and offerings

Language requirements :

English and French are mandatory, German is a plus
