What are you going to do:
Open positions:
- Internship in Front Office
- Internship in Food & Beverage
Typical Working Day
- Five working days a week, the off days will be depended on the occupancy.
Regular Tasks Undertaken by the intern:
- Monitor guest relations' personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition
and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
- Oversee maintenance of the efficient repeat guest history system.
- Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follows up on corrective action.
- Conduct weekly training & English Training as assigned by Director Managers.
- Ensure standards of guest services as per standard guideline and serve guest well.

- Candidates who are active student or have Bachelor diploma
- No requirement for the work experience as long as you have a positive attitude to learn from the internship
- Fluent spoken and writing in English.
- Full of enthusiasm at guest relation, willing to learn and willing to dedicate.
- Good communication skills.
- Deal with work pressure professionally.
