Homerez is a forward thinking tech startup created by experienced travel industry professionals who set out to revolutionise the holiday rental industry.
We're seeking ambitious Customer Service Advisors to join our fast growing international team.
Your mission:
- You are the central point of communication for our travellers.
- You communicate with our clients by phone, emails and instant messaging
- You manage lead follow-up using our internal CRM
- You receive and help with customer calls and their challenges
- You look after and update data in our system as well as conducting market research when necessary
- You look after for the customers for the entire reservation process
- Understanding of traveler needs to match the traveler with the vacation rental that best suits them
REQUIREMENTS
- You are open, natural, good humoured and can communicate easily within a team as well as with customers
- You are a good listener and can show empathy to those around you
- You are a real team player
- You are organised and you can handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Ideally, you have experience in a role very similar
- You have good computer skills
- You are fluent in either English or French (both written and spoken)
- You are fluent in an another European language
- You are ready to support our customers 7 days a week, including some weekends and bank holidays.
