The role

Building our Supercharger and Destination charger networks is vital to our success, making driving electric vehicles more and more accessible to a wider audience. Our networks are expanding across Europe and so too is our Charging Team. This team manages everything from the planning and mapping of future Supercharger stations, to their installation and construction. They operate in a complex environment dealing with the whole process; country mapping, identifying potential sites, assessing their viability, negotiating contracts, site development and construction through to marketing and opening the site.

Responsibilities

·         Manage comprehensive site diligence.

·         Organize internal tools For Destination Charging and build pipeline (find proper sites, contact Landlord, classify sites,…)

·         Obtain all necessary approvals with grid operators, and permitting authorities.

·         Draft and negotiate landlord agreements

·         Work closely with installation partners to assess and manage installation costs and timeline.

·         Build and maintain relationships with key deployment partners.

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree
  • Project Management and negotiation skills .Ability to coordinate Teams activities and plan workflows
  • Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks that need to be filled in on a case by case basis
  • Affinity for IT, specifically productivity and project management support tools - including new apps
  • Able to communicate effectively to a wide range of individuals.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and solve before they become costly to correct.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong command of  French and English is required, both speaking and writing
  • Fluency in a relevant European Language is not essential but extremely beneficial
  • The responsibilities within the internship may change over time—this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the project and the organization.
