Apprenticeship contract - Media Executive M/W

The EMEA team located at LVMH Group HQ is searching for a Media Executive to support 6 key European markets managed by Media department. The scope of work includes a wide range of both operational and analytic responsibilities which are consistently evolving in the face of a dynamic and changing media landscape. The role requires frequent interaction with agencies, LVMH brands and media partners.


The position is based in Paris reports to Senior Media Manager.



  • France, UK, Italy, Russia, Middle East, Ukraine

  • Contribute to an effective and efficient centralization of media buying for all Brands of the Group auditing the media negotiations in 6 markets
  • Assistance in daily coordination of 6 media agencies, controlling their operations and performance
  • Detailed monitoring of Group media budget evolution under the supervision of the Senior Media Manager

Media Buying

  • Work closely with the Media team and agencies on the Group negotiations
  • Ensure a regular and accurate tracking of buying performances supported by quantitative and qualitative KPIs (volume and condition) and provide a point of view on agency proposals
  • Supervise the agency for the preparation of all accurate documents necessary for Buying reviews and Annual media meetings.


Media information

  • Work with the agency on regular media landscape production
  • Gather all best practices from LVMH brands and the industry in order to build a database for media and advertising creativity to be shared with HQ
  • For ad hoc meetings, liaise with the agency in order to deliver full status regarding media partnerships (Quantitative & Qualitative) or brands media activity overview
  • Consolidation of different kind of media reportings and projects


  • Ensure compliance of local operations vs master agreement and LVMH rules and process under the supervision of your Manager


Agency collaboration

  • Track agency performances by coordinating satisfaction surveys.
  • Control the agency regarding the respect of deadlines, accuracy and consistency of data provided for all documents, and in particular for the delivery of media and media finance reporting tools.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Media/Marketing
  • Background both in traditional and digital media
  • Analytical Skills: candidate need to be curious, details oriented, confident with reporting and numbers analysis, capable to evaluate data from several sources and summarize it into consolidated reporting
  • Fluent English, good level of French will be a plus
  • Energetic, setting fast pace & able to work well under the pressure
  • Strong team spirit and at the same time the autonomy
  • MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word professional
  • Experience in the luxury goods/beauty sector would be a plus
  • Media agency experience will be in plus
