Key Responsibilities:


Reporting to the Financial Controlling Director for IT, with the support of an extensive integration program, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Strategic planning (3 year plans), forecasting and trend analysis
  • Production of monthly financial dashboards
  • Analysis and studies of resource optimization
  • Ensuring the budgetary margins are respected
  • Expense management and variance analysis
  • Update project depreciation and YTD spending for IT departments, prepare spending models for IT projects.
  • Coordinate month end/ year-end financial closing, report on any variances, responsible for ensuring delivery of planned spending.
  • Development of metrics / dashboards that enable IT Leaders to clearly measure IT effectiveness, budgetary trends and financial Project status.
  • Track and help manage IT Project Capital & Operating spend and project status, update necessary reports and dashboards.

 

As a strategic finance business partner, you will accompany and advise your stakeholders in IT and other functions. You will also ensure that the correct accounting and finance policies of the group are upheld at all times.

 

Requirements:


  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting (BAC+5)
  • Minimum three to five years experience as a financial controller or auditor, with a preference for experience in FMCG, IS/IT, Retail, Luxury or Industry
  • Strong interest and understanding of IT and Digital
  • An excellent communicator, you are rigorous, flexible and have profound analytical skills
  • Capable and passionate about working in an international environment
  • Fluent English and French, a third language would be a plus
