Worldline Marketing department mission is organized around two main domains : Content Marketing and Customer Engagement.

As a junior Marketing Manager, on content marketing, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for some specific offerings from Worldline portfolio. You will craft the messaging and positioning for your offerings . You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing campaigns that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

On Customer Engagement, you will work very closely with French sales teams on a specific market or customer account(s) to drive and support the sales revenue targets through the growth of this account(s) and utilizing effective lead generation (social selling, sales push actions, Account Based Marketing) to onboard new clients.

As a whole, in your role as a junior Marketing Manager you will contribute to the achievement of the Worldline business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Worldline offers in the market

· Sales enablement communicate the value proposition of the offers to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your offers

· Campaign management develop the strategy and manage the marketing campaign that builds Worldline brand presence and thought leadership to finally drive demand for Worldline offers.

=>You will be responsible of a range of offers from a business division globally or locally.

· Work on market value proposition and support lead generation through events & fairs

· Build and implement Account Based Marketing activities for the accounts under responsibility

=>You will be responsible for a market and/or a list of specific French customer accounts

· A first 1 to 3 years experience in solutions and content marketing , business development in technological environment is requested

· A first experience of social selling would be a plus

· Master degree in business or marketing

· Very strong written communication skills

· Fluent in French and English

· Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.

· You will be part of Worldline Marketing team with also a double report to the local Head of sales for customer engagement activities.

· Position based in Paris region (Bezons, Worldline Headquarter)
