Leverages existing relationships and contacts as part of Atos-Unifys NG911/112 Go To Market (GTM) strategy, introducing company and solution and guide new sales opportunities with respective clients and sales team members.
-Helps to develop and foster new business relationships in Public Safety sector and associated vertical markets in order to increase revenue.
Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to both internal and external team members and clients.
-Works with sales team members to align NG911/112 value proposition within their respective sales paths, supporting them during assessment and presentation process following client prospect determination.
-In addition, this position will directly engage NG911/112 prospects to share Atos-Unifys NG911/112 solution capabilities and foster new sales paths.
-Reports to the Global Head of Sales and Presales, Mission Critical Systems and operates under minimal supervision.
-10 to 15 years of Public Safety industry experience, preferably in the capacity of product management or complex sales process management.
This can be a home-office position, with ability to travel up to 25%-35%.
The following key areas of expertise are critical to the success of this position and reflect the domain expertise/core competencies needed:
-Legacy 911/112/CAD system technologies and network connectivity protocols
-In-depth understanding of PSAP solutions and NG Call Handling requirements
-Go-to-market models for solution strategies with 3rd Party technology providers
-Pricing and Solution Bundling for delivery through partners and resellers
-Deployment models and migration strategies
-Participation and/or leadership in EENA Working Groups and/or Committees is an advantage
Bachelor Degree required or experience in lieu of degree
-Strong knowledge of 911/112 systems, interdependencies, architectures and product/solution ecosystem within Public Safety sector
-Experience in Emergency Notification System would be a plus.
-10/15 years experience in communications environment, preferably with PSAP and 911/112 systems provider(s). Product and Complex Solution Management focus .
-Knowledge on LMR technology
-Experience with product/software solutions and complex integration across subsystems and networks
-Development of formal product release notes, documentation and roadmap processes for long term solution growth and deployment strategies
-Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, both internal & external
-Strong acumen for delivery excellence, incorporating customer, sales, operations, risk and financial impacts
-Must be proficient in presentation skills
-Ability to inform, educate and influence to effectively set up proposed projects when working with cross-functional counterparts and internal colleagues
-Analytical creativity and problem solving skills, focusing on driving results that balance risk/reward
-Fluent in English, further languages would be an advantage
