Optimisation of the Service Line Organisation :

Support the Business and the HR organizations in defining the way to streamline the Organisation a Global level (40 000 people) and in consolidating the implementation with the Country (55) on the following activities :

  • Analyse the current situation from reportings, focus on Non-Productive activities and get a global understanding
  • Identify the key levers of optimization from feedbacks with the Business (Management and support, governance models), HR and Finance teams
  • Propose global Initiatives bringing add value and supporting GBUs to develop their workforce as a positive dynamic (confirm rules with Corporate team)
  • Build the Implementation plan for all the Countries
  • Follow and track the implementation
