Description: Large international IT Services Company, listed on the NYSE Euronext Paris market, searches for an Internal Audit Intern.

Job Description: Under the supervision of the Group Internal Audit Director,the internal audit intern will work within the corporate team and perform internal audit engagements with the objective to ensure reliability and continued improvement of the processes and add value to the organization. The audit missions include:

·Compliance audits (process, operational, and financial),

·Investigation audits (effectiveness of internal controls assessment),

·Reviews of governance and transformation projects, and

·Follow-up and support for previously issued recommendations.

The intern will assist the audit team in all phases of the mission including preparation of the audit (definition of the scope and audit approach), execution (participation in interviews and detail tests), and communication (validation of audit findings and creating the audit report). The intern will also participate in and contribute to other initiatives defined by the Director of Internal Audit.

Travel within France and internationally may be required.

Skills and competencies: Potential candidates should currently be studying to receive either a Masters in Business Administration or a Masters in Engineering and should be available to intern for a period of 6 months to 1 year.

The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change. Effective communication skills (written and oral) as well as professionalism in interactions with team members and/or other departments are critical. The candidate must be able to work as part of a team with strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Fluency in English is required. An international background and ability to speak other European languages is appreciated. The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
