Responsibilities:
- Inform customers on living conditions: rates, benefits
- Make reservations, record arrivals and departures
- Greet customers, inform, give the keys intervene in the floors in case of
- problems
- Maintain information materials available to customers
- Propose and / or sale of tourist services
- Reply to mail, fax, phone
- Check or have control rooms (minibar drinks consumed in the "Equipment Loan")
- Ensure billing of travel, meals

Profile:
- French native, Fluent English
- Available 6 months minimum
- Student in hospitality or tourism OR 1st experience in Front Office
- Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, Good presentation
Requirements:
- 500 $/month
- Full board accommodation + Visa expenses
- 48h/week, 1 day off
Administration fees in case of getting the Internship : 565 euros for a 6 months internship.
Prévoir frais de service si vous obtenez le stage : pour 6 mois les frais sont de 565 euros au total.
