Internship in Maldives - Front office and guest service

Responsibilities:

• Inform customers on living conditions: rates, benefits
• Make reservations, record arrivals and departures
• Greet customers, inform, give the keys intervene in the floors in case of
• problems
• Maintain information materials available to customers
• Propose and / or sale of tourist services
• Reply to mail, fax, phone
• Check or have control rooms (minibar drinks consumed in the "Equipment Loan")
• Ensure billing of travel, meals
• Accept the bills, payments control deferred
• Establish rates

Profile:

• French native, Fluent English
• Available 6 months minimum
• Student in hospitality or tourism OR 1st experience in Front Office
• Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, Good presentation

Requirements:

• 500 $/month
• Full board accommodation + Visa expenses
• 48h/week, 1 day off

Administration fees in case of getting the Internship : 565 euros for a 6 months internship.

Prévoir frais de service si vous obtenez le stage : pour 6 mois les frais sont de 565 euros au total.
