Role Overview: Support the UK Digital and Social Media Manager in daily administrative tasks.Mission
Main Duties: • Assisting Digital & Social Media Manager with implementation of engaging film campaigns for our theatrical and home entertainment releases • Collating copy for approval by the Digital & Social Media Manager and making sure it is in accordance with STUDIOCANAL house style, best practice, and the required messaging for individual film titles. • Maintaining and updating our STUDICOANAL website and UK digital channels with the latest information and materials. Assisting with the uploading of content for every title including Facebook and Twitter cover art, profile pics, headers and banners for every film title. • Working with the Creative team to ensure timely delivery of all creative required for social promotions and promoted posts. • Assisting with day-to-day social campaign activity, working with Marketing Executives on coordinating and scheduling third party promotional activity with brand partners and cinemas. • Updating reactions file after screenings at festivals, press screenings and promotional events. • Assisting in the production of standardised reports for each title, based on the strategy set by the Digital & Social Media Manager • Liaising with Theatrical Marketing, Publicity and Sales teams to ensure they are up to date with current campaigns and using the social audience data to inform their strategy for smaller titles when necessary. • Tracking competitor activity on other studio channels and updating team on regular basis and setting Google alerts for certain films. • Working with Merchandising Manager on seasonal catalogue campaigns.Profil
Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Education Required skills & experience • Excellent communication and copy-writing skills, impeccable English. • Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords or ad delivery networks would be useful. • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment and prioritise between multiple projects. • University degree, with a keen interest in film and entertainment and all things digital. Desirable but not essential skills • Previous experience in digital marketing or digital media studies. • Experience of tools such as HootSuite or Buffer would be useful but not essential. • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or any other Adobe software also a plus. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript would be a plus.Niveau d'étude
