International Publicity Intern 

MAIN DUTIES

•	Maintain up-to-date contact lists for international distribution partners, asking for latest information from international distribution team in Paris 

•	Collate international screening reactions from STUDIOCANAL and non-STUDIOCANAL territories in one clear document

•	Collate international coverage of STUDIOCANAL UK productions

•	Assist with managing materials – updating production notes, selecting stills, clips etc. and disseminating files once approved for release to international office in Paris

•	Assist in budget management, including raising POs, chasing supplier quotes & costs etc.

•	Assist with logistics for department and across film titles, including booking of travel, hotels, cars and management of relevant travel & car grids

•	Assist UK publicity team and intern where necessary

•	Attend relevant publicity team meetings 

•	Support publicity team in the organisation and execution of press junkets, talent visits, festivals, premieres and other events. 

- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment and prioritise between multiple projects
- Good Excel and Microsoft Word user
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, dynamic and can-do attitude
- Passion for film
