Within the Operations team of the Service Center e-Payment, you will be responsible for the correct functioning of the applications The main missions are: ·Ensure proper operation of deployed for the applications ·Ensure the follow-up and support of the client in close collaboration with the account managers and the domain manager. ·Manage incidents and changes in relation with the business teams and production teams (TO) ·Implement and monitor corrective actions ·Develop procedures to optimize RUN processes in collaboration with Business teams: Splunk / SLA / Reporting ·Manage the follow-up of the releases ·Ensure PCI and 3D Secure compliance.
· Higher education in computer science (bac +4/5, school of engineer or university).
· A first experience in a similar position would be a plus.

· Some Skills :
o DBMS (Sybase and MySQL in particular)
o One or more development languages (Java, C, perl, HTML, ...)
o Internet technologies
o Production problems on n-Third-party architectures, knowledge of e-money, TWS scheduler
o Fluency in English is required
