Description

Integrated in the Human Resources team and directly connected to the Human Resources Director, the intern will work on the following missions and daily support the HR team:

  • Management of administrative post, documents and contracts classification and daily management of the staff (HR issues, contracts…)
  • Management of sick leaves and possible litigation for Nike France
  • Management of contract ends and final settlements
  • Development of HR strategic projects for Nike France staff

Qualifications

  • 4th or 5th year student (Business School/University) looking for a gap year or a final-year internship
  • Specialized in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • First experience in Human Resources is a plus
  • Fluent in English is necessary
  • Advanced MS Office level (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organization capacity and attention to details
  • Ambition, autonomy, and proactivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong eagerness for the brand
