As our

Visual Presentation Manager you'll be responsible for establishing strategies,

plans and processes that ensure the highest level of execution of the Nike

Visual Presentation direction and principles within your territory.

  • strategy and direction for implementation of Geography product presentation and
  • implement global product presentation standards for a categories and ensure
  • implementation and maintenance (visual merchandising change-outs, retail marketingexecution, etc) of category experiences and controlled spaces throughout the
  • execution of key Category initiatives and seasonal strategies at retail in
  • resources and executes visual merchandising guidelines for store openings,
  • employees and sets individual goals that link to overall brand and businesspriorities. Coaches staff, supports development, makes hiring decisions, and drives performance management, recognition and
  • to ensure visual standards are met and product presentation is consistent;
  • training strategies to ensure Territory personnel have adequate knowledge of
  • Geography Teams, Territory Management and other key business partners to ensuremarketplace plans and execution supports overall Brand/Category strategy and
  • others through persuasion, ability to deliver relevant information with
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor or Master degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail and or Business related topics
    • A minimum of 4 years in Visual Merchandising related job
    • Fluent in English both written and verbal
    • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of the market, including knowledge of French key retailers
    • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
    • Works independently, autonomy receiving minimal guidelines
    • Strong leadership skills and able to manage conversations with LT at territory and HQ level.
