Description

As Basketball Brand Manager you will lead, drive and socialize Basketball(BB) and Jordan brand strategy and priorities. You will adopt, adapt and execute the BB Western Europe and Global brand strategy/direction to the French Market and consumer specificities – edit to amplify impact of strategies and priorities on French consumer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the BB seasonal category brand roadmap – edit to amplify impact of executions
  • Share the France brand point of view around BB with Global partners and other geographies
  • Be an active player and influence in the category game plan process
  • Know the BB consumer target. Monitor and drive consumer research to influence France strategic brand priorities
  • Partner with other categories Nike Sportswear to drive a unified and distinctive BB point of view across France.
  • Work in close partnership with BB category team to continue growing and transforming the marketplace (physical, digital)
  • Design and implement a marketing mix to inspire and engage France Nike BB communities
  • Effectively communicate strategy and priorities to territories - support premium executions and activations on the ground
  • Manage effectively Demand Creation budget



Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of brand experience
  • Knowledge of the Paris street life and sneakers culture as well as the Jordan brand
  • Creative, innovative and disruptive mindset in leading the category
  • Virtual team leadership experience
  • Communication skills to be strong geo ambassador globally
