PR Assistant, Devices & Alexa à Paris

Job summary
Amazon.com is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative public relations professional to join its communications team. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will work with the Amazon Devices & Alexa PR Teams to imagine, develop, and help execute external communications programs. You can be located in Luxembourg, Paris, Madrid or Milan.

The ideal candidate must have high-judgment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional initiative, and be incredibly organized to take the initiative of creating structure around public relations programs that span multiple categories, ultimately making these efforts more efficient and effective. The candidate should have a passion for working with media and influencers and a talent for collaboration. Experience effectively managing projects while working with high standards under tight deadlines is important, and being flexible in managing ambiguity as priorities change.
Candidate will be involved with a global team and have the opportunity to interact with stakeholders and people from around the world.


Key job responsibilities
* Help maintain and develop mechanisms to track and scale activities across the international PR team and improve processes.
* Support the global PR team with executing device and feature launches; work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders to develop press releases, FAQs, and other press materials.
* Collaborate with external agencies globally to support PR activities.
* Assist with coverage monitoring, reporting and analysis
* Coordinate with international PR team members to support events, speaking opportunities, influencers programs, etc.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive media lists
* Manage a robust product reviews program, including tracking and managing device inventory and shipping devices
* Proactively identify and secure products, trends, and data for topical storytelling
* Identify and deliver the appropriate information in response to editorial requests
* Track Amazon and industry coverage to provide thoughtful analysis in reports

* Bachelor’s degree
* 2+ years of relevant work experience

* Proficient verbal and written communications in English.
French, Spanish and Italian will be positively considered in addition.
* Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, international environment
* Excellent judgment, particularly in narrow time frame
