What are you going to do:

Manawa.com is a start-up company and the leading marketplace / online booking platform for outdoor activities, with more than 5 500 curated activities which can be booked in more than 30 countries in Europe, Africa, and Oceania.

Launched in 2016 by a team of outdoor enthusiasts, Manawa today employs 20 people from 6 different nationalities and is supported by Alentour. Join the adventure as we strive to become the leader in online booking of outdoor activities and adventure sports !

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Webmarketing Manager, you will actively participate in the development of one of Manawa’s most important and fast growing acquisition channels: Affiliation & Partnerships.

Your main tasks will be:

Sourcing (30%)

  • Research and identify the most promising partners and affiliates (travel bloggers, sports websites, medias,
    influencers etc.)
  • Contact them, and sign them up into our affiliates/partners program

Development/Account management (40%)

  • Establish and maintain solid relationships to develop existing partnerships to their full potential
  • Using SEO tools and analysis (training provided), special offers, data-sharing etc.
  • This includes regular communication via newsletters, calls, visiocalls, emails.

Explore other channels and other potential partnerships

  • Take part in the SEO/SEA optimization of existing webmarketing campaigns
  • Contribute to the Manawa blog
  • Identify new potential partnership ideas (sports apparel e-retailers, influencers, travel brand etc.)

 

YOUR PROFILE WILL STAND OUT IF

  • You have already developed or coordinated an Affiliation network
  • You have some experience in managing digital marketing projects
  • You have some experience with influence marketing or other types of marketing partnerships
  • You have already created and/or maintain an active blog
  • You yourself practice one or several outdoor sports actively
  • Your CV is written in English

What we offer:

  • €28k-€32k base salary + attractive performance-based bonus

What we ask:

  • DUT, BTS, DEUG required
  • You are a native English speaker, or speak English fluently
  • You speak another language fluently (Spanish, French, German...)
  • You have great communication skills and have a good command of sales techniques
  • You are motivated, organized, proactive and perseverant
  • You enjoy working with a team and in an international environment
