The Job

As a French Customer Service Agent for digital marketing, your responsibilities will be to:

-Provide B2B service to small/medium sized businesses for the French market

-Greet customers warmly

-Assist customers with questions/potential complaints via phone, email, chat.

-Inform customers about other business opportunities

-Provide knowledge about our client's products

Your profile

-You are a French native speaker and have a B2 level in English

-You have graduated your A-levels

-You are holding a European residency or a working visa for Portugal

-You are service-minded and willing to solve issues the best possible

-You have a great ability and flexibility to communicate

-You have the ability to work under pressure

-You ideally have experience in customer service

The offer

-International global player in the market

-Young and international team

-Temporary contract of 12 months with the possibility to stay depending on your performance

- Complete relocation package included:

• Offered accommodation (all expenses included)
• Airport pick up
• Flight reimbursement after 9 months
• Yearly flight offered to home country

-Salary without accommodation: € 1160 Gross/month

-Salary with accommodation: €950 Gross/month

-Possible performance bonus: €100/month

-Working hours Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

-5 weeks training fully paid

-Holidays 22 days a year

-Growing opportunities (Team leader, first line manager…)

-Free activities: Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, social events, sport activities (surfing…) ect.
