Description: Jumpstart your career with Majorel Portugal! Join us in creating an amazing customer experience for our clients. If your daily workflow consists of attention to detail, focus on results, being an absolute team player, and being good at working under pressure, we should meet up and discuss our Order Support Specialist Specialist role! Join our team and have a pick at what happens! The Fraud Prevention Specialist is assigned orders of web purchases which fall under the scope of doubtful integrity. It is required to review an array of data and perform an investigation leading to acceptance or cancellation of an order. Accurately identifying nefarious activity is the focal goal of the Fraud Prevention Team. The ability to identify and record deviating activities, discovering trends, and flagging emerging issues are a core part of the individual's tasks. Job Responsibilities: Back office is the core of this role;Handling Inbound Calls from customers replying to a callback request that we have sent to them is mandatory;Specialists perform Outbound Calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers;  
Requirements: Native or Fluent in French (C1 minimum) + good level of English (B2) is mandatoryExperience providing customer service via multiple contact channels (phone, e-mail, live chat, face-to-face, written correspondence, etc.) is highly desired;Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction;Experience in Call Center environment is preferred but not obligatory;Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer focused solutions;Ability for deep analysis on customer data;Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;Prove you can work and make decisions with minimal supervision;Very good accuracy and attention to detail - understand that it is the small details that can make the biggest difference.
