Description: French-speaking customer care for a make-up brand in Portugal! Would you like to develop your career abroad? Would you like to work for one of the biggest makeup retailers in the world? If so, we have the perfect offer for you! Our client is a company that will help you develop your career and challenge you in a great environment! With over 50,000 employees it is the global leader in customer experience!Tasks: - As a brand representative for consumer goods companies, you will be required to assist customers who purchase products online and drive brand awareness after an in-store purchase, bringing customers back - After Sales Support to individual customers; - Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media; - Advise customers on the existing product range; - Resolve various situations related to internet orders, loyalty card, prices, product payments, refunds... ; - Manage expectations and complaints in a positive and diplomatic manner.
Requirements: Profile: - European passport or European identity or work permit for Portugal. - Fluent in French; - Availability: Monday to Sunday - 8am-8pm - Good computer skills; - BAC diploma (preferred); - Experience in customer relationship management (preferred) - Excellent communication skills; - Active listening skills, empathy and diplomacy; - Good time management skills; - Team player and flexibility
