With years of experience in the multilingual BPO sector, we have developed advanced skills that we use to help Companies relocate candidates globally, and assist candidates to relocate smoothly and find their desired employment.Job description:Processing invoices (PO& non PO) as per SLA and accuracy;Processing payments as per the schedule and ad ad-hoc;Follow up invoices relevant for discount for early payments and obtain maximum discount;Performs quality checks;Months End reporting and Management Reporting (SLAs, KPIs, dashboards…);Handling Vendor queries;Handling invoices exceptions (Discrepancy resolution);Process T&E;Mentor and assist new hires in their accommodation period;Escalates issues at the right time and to the correct owner.
Requirements: ERP (SAP) system knowledge is an advantage;PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel;Fluent Italian or French and EnglishExperience 1+ yrs; Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics;Good verbal/written communication skills;Focused on process improvements;Problem analysis and problem solving;Focused on meeting deadlines;Team spirit.
