Description: Content Support Analyst (Remote in Lisbon) - French Speaker  HCL Technologies a renowned global IT service and consulting company, presently developing our tech footprint in Lisbon (Parque das Nações). Job DescriptionThis position offers you the opportunity to work alongside our client who is a global news publisher. As a Content Support Analyst you will be responsible for the day to day management of potentially sensitive internet content, ensuring a quality experience is provided to millions of internet users. You will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on the quality of our client’s news site. Content Support Analysts will be responsible for optimal quality and productivity levels. ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding client policies and guidelinesAdding and removing words to/from the markets blacklistsReviewing user reports regarding website news/feed contentProviding insights to the content moderators on different topicsLiaising effectively with other internal and client teams ShiftsRotational shifts from 7am to 11pm Monday – SundayRemote work from Lisbon, Portugal (Travel to Office for Meetings / Trainings)
