Votre mission consiste à :
   • Mise en place d’outils et d’animations sur les activités stratégiques du
      département.
    • Participation à la gestion RH (~80 collaborateurs) : suivi des for-mations,
      performance, capacity planning et recrutement.
    • Suivi financier des activités du département (~5 millions d’Euros) :
          rentabilité, productivité, maitrise des coûts via le suivi régulier des
          indicateurs de performance.
    • Etudier et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles méthodes de manage-ment au
       sein de la structure.

 • Techniques de gestion de projet et pilotage d’une structure à l’échelle
        internationale.
 
     • Pilotage d’un business : budget, rentabilité.
 
     • Démarche qualité et d’amélioration continue.
 
     • Mise en œuvre d’actions concrètes et réelles.
 
     • Domaine fonctionnel dans la sécurité bancaire.

De formation Bac +4/+5
