DANONE SA in  WBS GS is looking for a Danone Projects & Communication Senior Manager F/M in France (FR) based in Paris.

CONTEXT


Within the General Secretary team, Global Communication has the mission to build & protect Danone assets & reputation in order to facilitate business growth. Global Communication is part of the Corporate Affairs & Security department and works in close relation with Public Affairs, HR and many other company departments

 

ABOUT THE JOB


The Senior Projects & Communication Manager will report to the Corporate Internal Communication Director.


1- Lead the organization of key communication events and big projects, including:
a. Danone Day
i. Lead the core team and animate the steering committee
ii. Develop the design of the event based on the company's strategy and previous editions' good practices
iii. Manage and stay within the budget
iv. Animate the international Internal Communication network: through the dedicated group on Workplace and during the regular calls, develop guidelines for the organization of local events, follow up the progress of the organization in clusters.
v. Develop a communication plan and communication toolkits
vi. Develop the toolkit for GMs worldwide
vii. Manage the suppliers and communications agencies
viii. Build the post event satisfaction survey for relevant populations and prepare the after-event summaries,

b. Danoners World Cup
i. Work hand in hand with the event agency
ii. Design an event matching Danone's strategy
iii. Ensure proper engagement of Danoners
iv. Develop a communication plan and communication toolkits


c. Leaders yearly meeting
i. Co-lead a steering committee of company senior leaders
ii. Design an event matching company's strategy
iii. Define the digital strategy linked to it
iv. Develop the event theme, tagline and visual universe
v. Ensure proper event agency management
vi. Build the post event satisfaction Survey

 

d. Annual report

Lead on the development and publication Annual Social Report and the Integrated Report of Danone (print and web versions).


2- Define and implement the digital communication strategy targeting employees: leverage Workplace as the main communication platform, lead the discussion on the future of Intranets and on the future digital ecosystem for internal communication.

He or she will work in matrix mode with many internal stakeholders, including other members of the Communication team. The list of projects / events will evolve to match company's priorities

 

ABOUT YOU


• Education: political sciences or communication graduates
• Minimum 10 years of Communication experience (internal, external, public affairs...)
• Advanced project management skills
• High communication skills at all levels of hierarchy and at ease in an international environment and intercultural communications
• Proactivity, autonomy, impact and influence
• English is key (50% of the mission is in English) - French is required
